Our streamlined order processing system ensures that orders are typically dispatched on the same business day they are received. This rapid processing, however, comes with some limitations regarding order modifications and cancellations.

Understanding Order Processing:

It’s crucial to understand that changes or additions are generally not possible once your order is confirmed due to the swift order processing system. When your order is placed, the picking, packing, and dispatching process commences immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

Addressing Changes of Heart:

We recognize that circumstances can evolve. If, after placing your order, you decide you no longer require the items, you still have options:

Cancellation After Dispatch or Delivery: Even if your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you retain the right to cancel under the European Union Distance Selling Directive regulations.

EU Distance Selling Directive and Returns:

The EU Distance Selling Directive grants you a “cooling-off period” 14 days after receiving your order. This window allows you to return unwanted items if you’ve changed your mind. However, to qualify for a return under these circumstances, the products must be returned unused, unopened, and in the original, pristine condition they were received. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used items or items in a state different from how they were dispatched, even if the products were sent to you in error.

Initiating a Return:

Locate the “Order Returns Slip” in the Narcissist leaflet accompanying your order to initiate a return. This slip outlines the return process and should be filled out completely. Please remember that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

Return Costs and Processing:

Unfortunately, the original shipping fees associated with your order are refundable. Additionally, the cost of returning the unwanted items is also your responsibility. Any complimentary gifts included with your original purchase must also be returned simultaneously.

Once you’ve completed the “Order Returns Slip,” securely package the items in their original packaging, if possible, and send them along with the completed slip to the returns address provided. We strive to process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Important Reminders:

Narcissists have a strict policy against accepting returns for opened or used beauty products under any circumstances.

When delivery attempts repeatedly fail due to factors outside the courier’s control (e.g., customer unavailability or incorrect address) and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any potential refund. A new shipping charge will apply if you choose to have the order re-shipped.

EU Regulations and Your Consumer Rights:

EU regulations provide specific guidelines for order cancellations:

For orders exceeding a set amount, you must cancel 14 days after receiving the item.

Following cancellation notification, you have 14 days to return the unwanted items.

You can expect a refund within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods.

A 30-day window exists to report a non-delivery.
