Discrepancy Reporting: If you discover missing or incorrect items, promptly contact Narcissist’s customer service team. Similar to reporting damaged goods, have your order number and details of the discrepancy readily available to facilitate a swift resolution.

Resolving the Issue: Depending on the situation, we may offer to send you the missing items promptly or provide a full or partial refund for the missing/incorrect products. We’ll work with you to find the most suitable solution.

Wrong Items Received:

Narcissists may provide a pre-paid shipping label for returning the faulty product, depending on the specific circumstances. Always retain proof of postage for your records.

Adhesives: For adhesive products specifically, we require them to be returned for testing before processing a refund. This testing process usually takes 2-3 weeks to ensure the product’s functionality and identify any potential causes for the perceived fault.

Testing Outcome: If, upon testing, the product is confirmed faulty, you’ll receive a full refund, including the return postage cost. Any replacements sent out will not incur additional postage charges.
